Mark Ingrao, CCP, CAE
President and CEO, Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce
Mark Ingrao, CCP, CAE was President of AspenStrategies, LLC. Prior to that he was VP of Government Affairs for the National Apartment Association (NAA), VP of Government Affairs-VA for the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA), an Associate with the executive recruiting firm of Heidrick & Struggles, Manager of Recruitment for the National Business Development Practice of Arthur Andersen, LLP., and held various positions at Washington Gas including Public Affairs Area Manager and Manager of Compensation.
Mr. Ingrao is active in several professional and community organizations. He was recently appointed to John Marshall Bank’s Arlington Advisory Board. Mr. Ingrao was appointed by the Fairfax Board of Supervisors to the Fairfax Affordable Dwelling Unit Advisory Board in 2002. He is past Chairman of the Board of Regents for Leadership Arlington and the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, and is currently on Leadership Arlington’s Board. Additionally, he served on various boards including the Community Residence, Inc., Northern Virginia Transportation Alliance, Arlington Free Clinic, Virginia Public Access Project as well as CrisisLink’s Advisory Board. In 1981, Mr. Ingrao received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Mary Washington College. He is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Certified Association Executive (CAE).
