RESTON, VA - March 8, 2010. The Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce announced the addition of Bruce Mancinelli to the Chamber staff as the Senior VP of Operations. Bruce Mancinelli has been and will continue to be the INC.spire Director in addition to his new position. The Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce is excited to see Bruce Mancinelli in his new role.
