BES: Rules of the Road for the Virtual Workplace
Rules of the Road for the Virtual Workplace
The move toward all-virtual work environment has been a significant change to most businesses! This session presents the 5 things you need to know about this transition as well as the 5 things you can give your employees and yourself now to help navigate and adapt to the new normal. Attendees will gain an understanding of the forces impacting their culture, bust myths about standards and guidelines, and learn how to create a culture that's prepared for anything in the virtual environment.
About the Speaker
After decades of helping companies navigate risk through innovative corporate programs, Donna Vitalie founded 3 Great Questions LLC on the principle that asking better questions produces actionable information and answers worth finding. She now advises corporate clients on matters of ethics and compliance.
Her career includes experience as an in-house practitioner and as a consultant with several big four accounting and professional services firms. She has designed, implemented, assessed, improved, and operated global enterprise-wide programs across industries and for Federal government clients. She has also led cross-functional award-winning teams and initiatives honored for outstanding team performance, collaboration, and controls. These team efforts included virtual collaboration and remote team participation.
Donna received her MBA in 2017 from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She holds certifications with the Society for Human Resource Management ("SHRM") as a Senior Certified Professional ("SHRM-SCP") 2019-2022, and as a Certified Records Manager ("CRM").
