Emerging Professionals: Adulting and the Other "F Word"
As 2023 comes to an end, join leaders from the Emerging Professionals Council for a night of networking and discussing taxes, investments, real estate, and how to set yourself up for success in 2024. During this panel discussion, you will hear from a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Planner, and a local realtor. Our speakers will address hot button personal finance questions, such as:- What can you do before the end of the year to help with your taxes?
- General tax strategies for 2024
- How should you balance saving versus paying off debt?
- How to invest for retirement?
- Can I afford to buy a home?
- Is now a good time to buy a home in this area?

About Our Speakers:
Christina Nedic, CPA
Tax Manager at CST Group, CPAs, PCHer area of expertise includes providing a wide range of tax and business services to clients ranging from small businesses and individuals to multi-million dollar government contractors and construction companies. She specializes in preparing and reviewing tax returns and assist with tax planning and projections. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Virginia Commonwealth University.
Kelly McNerney, CFP (Moderator)Principal, Cerity Partners
Kelly excels at building strong client relationships, and as a Financial Advisor she is responsible for actively managing client portfolios, developing investment strategy decisions, and supervising Associate Advisors. She also manages FJY?s highly successful internship program and is responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring two students every summer. Kelly is a cum laude graduate of William Paterson University.
