Health and Wellness Council
As we enter our 3rd year of COVID-19, revitalizing your coping tools to manage your mental health is key to perseverance. 2020 brought on so many uncertainties and people looked to resources on how to take care of their health and wellness during isolation. Though this year looks promising for us to reclaim a level of familiarity, being able to travel more and visit loved ones with less restrictions, we still have a ways to go. In this presentation, LaTasha Scott, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, will provide you with an “upgraded” set of tools to regain your momentum and power through 2022. At the end of this presentation, you will be able to revamp your go-to resources that have lost some power and gain new tools to strengthen your mental and emotional health.
The objective of this council is to build awareness of the importance of living a healthy lifestyle for yourself and for the good of your company. We also want to create opportunities for Chamber members, who are in the health & wellness field, or are committed to it, to become more engaged in a meaningful way. The Reston Chamber wants to partner with the broader community (Reston citizens and Fairfax County) to make this an inclusive initiative.Date and Time
