Founder and Executive Director of The Pearl Project Institute for Innovation in STEM Literacy, Robin McDougal is an educator, entrepreneur, and STEM Advocate. She is on a mission to create a pipeline of STEM-literate youth ready for the global workforce. Selected as a thought facilitator for the UNLEASH global innovation lab in Copenhagen, Denmark, Ms. McDougal guided a group of international professionals to launch solutions for of the world's biggest problems. Robin has served as Fairfax Chair of Women in Technology's Women Business Owners Interest Group and Girls In Technology. Today, She leverages her business acumen for product design, marketing, and activism to remove barriers for women and girls to add their voice to the world of aerospace.
