YP Series: Advance Your Career
This event was previously scheduled for March 21. Previous registrations are still valid!
Have you ever experienced:- two employees that are frequently in conflict?
- a manager that does not seem to “get you”?
- a baby boomer and millennial employee are asked to work together on a project but just cannot figure each other out?
At this event, we will explore DiSC®, a behavioral assessment designed to help you understand yourself AND other people too. It is a critical tool for determining your natural behavior style, which in turn, improves communication, reduces conflict and helps to understand people who are not like you…. or too much like you.
Our goal is to help you work more effectively with others especially cross-generationally and up the ladder. Through personal insights into your own strengths and challenges, you will learn to better relate to others and potentially ask for that promotion you want!
Ask your HR professional, management, and leadership team to join you!
Think about this, according to the Millennial Solution:- Employee making $75,000 annually will cost your company $112,500 if she leaves
- Employee making $45,000 annually will cost your company $67,500 if he/she leaves
- You retain two $75,000 salaried employees and your company saves $225,000
