    Job Description
    BEI is a leading IT Managed Service Provider located in Northern Virginia with over 30 years of experience providing support to businesses and organizations throughout the Metropolitan Washington, DC region.
     
    The Service Administrator maintains BEI’s inventory of hardware and software including receiving deliveries to BEI and processing shipments to clients, prepares hardware and software quotes for clients and assists in preparing hardware for deployment to clients.

    This is a full time postion and includes benefits.

     
    Responsibilities
    • Process the receipts of BEI hardware and software purchases (both for internal and client use)
    • Maintain BEI’s stock room
    • Prepare material shipments to clients
    • Prepare quotes to clients for hardware, software and services
    • Assist BEI engineers with the preparation and build of hardware that will be deployed to clients
    • Asset management/tracking for equipment recycle requests
     
    Organizational Alignment
    • Reports to the Director of Service
    • Receives material, manages inventory and ships product at the direction of the Director of Service and Director of Administration
    • Prepares quotes at the direction and requests of Sales, Account Management and Executive Management
    • Assists in hardware preparation at the direction of the Director of Service
