    About Us:

    Bond’s Escape Room was launched in October 2015 in Fairfax, VA and expanded to Arlington VA in 2019. We own the largest escape room center on the East Coast, featuring 15 themed escape rooms, as well as the first transportable escape room experience to premiere in the DMV area. To fulfill our customers’ needs, Bond’s Escape Room has created a unique team building division "Bond's Team Building", so we are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to help us further grow towards our goals.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    - Effectively convey Bond’s Escape Room’s value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers

    - Effective communication written and verbal communication

    - Develop and exploit new and existing markets to increase revenue.

    - Seek and cultivate relationships with long-term clients

    - Plan large and small events, both within our facility and on-site at other locations

    - Monitor guest and client satisfaction and meet team revenue and booking goals

    - Continually source new sales opportunities

    - Network and perform outreach to local business communities

    - Maintain and expand database of prospects

    Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

    - Graduate degree in a relevant field (education, psychology, business, etc.) is a plus

    - Experience facilitating experiential education programs, including team-building

    - Sales Experience

    - Technological literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

    - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    - Ability to take initiative, follow through, and work hard without supervision
