Prana Health Yoga & Wellness specializes in guiding people to become more aware and mindful of their body and health. I strive to help people get their lives back under control from the many facets of life that may cause stress. As a Yoga Instructor and a Integrative Health & Well-Being Coach I provide motivational methods to reach lifestyle goals and create ways to ease the stress that life can give us. I help clients work on the many layers of life which include: Emotional, Purpose, Mental, Social and Physical Well-Being. Yoga sessions include one on one and group classes offered via Zoom until quarantine is lifted and we find it safe to reopen the studio. Coaching sessions are offered via Zoom and are talk and movement based. I offer a non-judgemental and safe place to discuss and faciltate methods to reach goals. I am a cheerleader and a partner in creating growth and calm one’s life.
