Refresh & Realign at Fogo de Chao!
Join us for an evening of reflection and renewal at our "Refresh & Realign" event, designed specifically for emerging professionals who want to check in on their goals and avoid burnout. As we move through our careers, it's easy to get caught up in the daily grind and lose sight of our long-term aspirations. At this event, you'll have the opportunity to step back and reflect on where you are and where you want to go.
We'll kick off the evening with networking (all ages/ professional levels are welcome!!) along with delicious food and drinks from Fogo de Chao.
Then, we will have a panel of speakers who will share their personal experiences with burnout and offer tips and strategies for avoiding it.
This event is perfect for anyone who wants to take a step back, reassess their goals, and avoid the stress and burnout that can come with a demanding career. We hope to see you there!
