Bruce Crowell serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for SOS International. His diverse background also includes experience in capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, information technology management, financial and manufacturing systems, strategic and operational planning, treasury, human resources management, legal oversight, and corporate governance.
John Hassoun is CEO & President of the VT Group, responsible for overall VT Group executive management and corporate strategy.
Prior to joining VT Group, John was President and CEO of Vistronix Intelligence and Technology Solutions, where he was responsible for the significant growth of the company in the Intelligence and National Security markets, leading to its acquisition by ASRC Federal in 2016.
Jason Rigoli is Partner of Enlightenment Capital, where he brings decades of experience in both operational roles and as a principal investor in the aerospace, defense, and government contracting (ADG) industries. Enlightenment Capital is a lower-middle-market investor with over $450M in assets under management. The firm has invested across 20+ portfolio companies serving the ADG markets. Prior to joining Enlightenment, Jason was a Principal and Washington DC office lead for LLR Partners, a private equity firm with over $3B in assets under management.

In addition to working at law firms, Michelle spent several years in corporations. This corporate experience gives her a unique understanding of, and insight into, the issues, challenges, and general day-to-day business operations of companies, allowing her to provide her clients with not only legal guidance but also practical business-oriented solutions to the clients’ corporate and transactional issues.
