Increase Your Small Business Government Work
A recent Executive Order was set to increase the goal for awarding federal contracts to small disadvantaged businesses (SDBs) from 11% to 15% by fiscal year 2025.
The GovCon Council of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce invites you to learn the details of the order and how your business can be included. Our panel will be comprised of SBA's Deputy Associate Administrator, Leidos' Associate Director of Small Business, and a recent 8A graduate, VIATEQ.
They'll share insights on the following:- How they plan to reach the increased goal
- What changes the government has already made that will be effective this year
- What industries they will be focusing on
- How to prepare your company to be included
