GRCC supports new FBI Headquarters in Fairfax County

The Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce recently collaborated with a number of local chambers of commerce and business associations in a joint letter of support for locating the new FBI headquarters in Fairfax County.  

The Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce recently submitted a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and U.S. General Services Administration Administrator Robin Carnahan which outlined why a proposed site in Springfield would be the optimal location for the facility.  The Greater Reston Chamber was among 19 signators of the letter, which included seven other chambers of commerce.  The letter highlighted our region's efforts in prioritizing transportation, education, healtchare, workforce development, and community safety to support our position as a desirable location for federal employees to live, work, and play.
